How to share Custom Domain Email with more than 5 people?

I have asked this before, but no answers. Why are Custom Domain Email in iCloud+ limited to only me +5 users? I have family members using custom domain emails right now Google Domains. I would like to migrate them to iCloud but can’t do it until this weird arbitrary limit is raised. How about we make it 10?
