Invalid Address when applying for Apple Credit

I am trying to apply for apple credit. When entering my address it pops up saying

Invalid Street 1

Please check the street 1 you entered and try again. It cannot contain letters with accents or special characters.

the information I am entering does not contain letters with accents or special characters, just regular plain numbers and letters.. I can’t go any further because of this.

has anyone ever experienced this and if so how did you remedy it?
