Migration of one icloud to another

I have an icloud as does my husband. He is sharing his icloud with me, but since mine is almost full and his is almost empty, i want to start using his shared icloud instead of mine (and cancel my subscription). I cannot figure out how to do that.

We both want to keep our Apple ID's unchanged.
