Is it possible to create then export a contact from email content?

As one of several helpers for Mom as elderly with temporary (I am hoping) medical problems; I need to broadcast information responding to my request on her behalf; but I have been receiving numerous emails responding to a request. Reason is probably multiple parties handling single request. The impact is workload to 

1. Create contact if not added already to iPhone 

2. share/update new contact which unfortunately still requires export for complete share

2. Helpers with Android only. 

 Task one is already time consuming.

Is it possible to create contact from email content
