Safari time counting twice in Screentime time track

Screentime is tracking the time spent in Safari twice and listing the time spent on Safari and also the specific website. This is resulting in inaccurate phone usage info of many hours! If I spent 20 minutes in Safari on a website, it shouldn’t report 40 minutes of phone usage. I’ve found online other people complaining about it many years ago. Is there an specific or better place to request this bug fix?
