How can I delete my data from Maps completely

Need to delete maps data completely was hacked and it was by a person that lives a street above me she put parental controls on my phone and her house as my loc so that she could steal my phone service internet and bank money how do I fix

I was hacked like by someone that lives a street above me so that she could steal basically my identity money phone service internet my account fixed but she keeps gain in access to my phone. She had parental controls on my phone and I’m trying to up date my address on maps and her address as mine it’s crazy how I figured it all out and proved I wasn’t goin out my mind well she still using my phone service I need my maps data deters completely pls how
