Seven Day Waiting Period for Third Alias

WHY after seven days do I still get the "Waiting period in progress. You had the maximum number of aliases and deleted one recently. You will be able to create a new alias in seven days."

No I can't. It's been over seven days and I keep getting the same message. I've done searches on this and see threads and comments going back over 6 years for the same thing and NOWHERE is there any kind of answer. I finally found one that actually had a reply from Apple, it basically said read this info on Aliases, didn't tell me anything new.

I just want to create one more Alias so I can have the three I need for different actions. PLEASE HELP!!!
