I was selling my iPad Pro 11 2nd gen, then one guy texted me saying if I can check if his iCloud works in my iPad and I did then he actually was scammer and demanded 200 dollars, I paid him but didn't receive a password.What should I do?? I can't contact apple because there's no call centers in my country.PLS help me.

Unless you have the original purchase receipt from Apple or an Apple authorized retailer, your device will be locked to the other person unless they choose to unlock it.

ok. But, you don’t anymore. For all intents and purposes, it’s their device, not yours. You signed out and signed someone else into your device, someone you don’t even know.
