Artwork problems for songs/albums on my iPhone 14

I am having problems with the artwork for my music/songs on my iPhone 14. I read that this can be fixed by unsynching the phone music with you computer and then re-synching it. Apparently this wipes all the music off the phone and then reloads it. But my concern is what will happen to all my play lists? I also have noticed that some of my playlists that I created on my phone are not in iTunes on my computer. I don’t want to lose all my playlists on my phone. I have 10-12.
