Apple podcast and Apple Music all of sudden no longer showing library in 2024 Tesla Model 3

I've had my 2024 Tesla Model 3 for about a month now. I've had no issues with listening Apple Music or Apple Podcasts libraries. All of sudden yesterday, my libraries no longer show up. I've seen others are having this issued. I checked and made sure I have explicit turned on in the options section. I've also confirmed that I only have one apple ID. I've called Tesla and they don't have an answer and are suggesting I schedule a service appointment. I
