iOS 18 Apple Music Can’t Use Playlists Offline. Was NOT the case in iOS 17.

Hi, I just upgraded to iOS 18 and discovered today that Apple Music won’t play songs from any of my Playlists unless I’m connected to WiFi or cellular (meaning, Playlists won’t work Offline). It was NOT the case with iOS 17.

All of the music for the Playlists are stored locally on my iPhone, and I can play all songs manually in the Playlists without an internet connection. But I get an error message telling me that I have to connect to Cellular or WiFi in Settings if I try to play through the sequences or randomize songs through the Playlists.

I do NOT want to sync my iPhone’s Music to all devices and should not have to if I already have the songs from my Playlists on my phone.

Is this a bug of some kind in iOS 18?
