The iCloud price change notification won't turn off. Is there any solution?

My Mac computer keeps giving me the iCloud price increase warning in the settings section, and I can never turn it off. I updated the system, but it still doesn't work. In some places, it tells me to log out and log in again, but I don't want to do that. Apple, please find a solution!!
