Subscriptions not tied to iCloud

I just got the new 16 Pro Max and went to log into my i cloud account, once I'm logged in my i tunes says I'm no longer subscribe. I look into subscriptions and it says i have none. I noticed on my previous phone when clicking my apple id, my i cloud is one email but where it shows subscriptions it has another email under. How can i get my new i phone to do the same. If i use the subscription email as my apple id i loose my i cloud, contacts, etc. If i use my regular i cloud email i lose my subscriptions.
