iCloud 2TB can’t share to the wife

I’ve been sharing 2tb family plan with my parents with no issue. My wife just switched to iPhone. I invited her and she accepted it as “she is already in my family”, however she is not showing in my plan. Her family says email is already used for my family. Ask me to send an invitation to join family sharing which is I did already. I’m super confused about this. Please help
