Safari freezes whenever I try to attach a file to anything, including gmail. I am using OS 15.0.1 and Safari version 18.0.1 (20619.1.26.31.7). Is this due to the Sequoia OS? I do not have the same trouble with Chrome.

Yes, same here. Freezes up often whilst using QuickBooks Online.
