adding music to iPod classic

In response to a short email with a tag,

that site WAS the way to sync....The adding iPhone icon WAS present on that sitec. It is NOT there .

(using iTunes which I have used for many years)

 Please explain what I've learned by searching..

The answer was that Apple controlled what anyone wants to add to iPhone

Or iPod, Must subscribe to Apple Music... I bought the CD not free

In 1974, A friend was collating his recorded music (or with a band member's records) on tapes that he'd sell.

I didn't do that I was a college student, didn't spend, played in the college band . Dreamed about iPod then.
