Shared "Home" doesn't show on Apple Watch but does on iPhone

I shared our home "Home name" to my wife as an admin. She has full control on her iPhone and everything is normal. On her watch (new 10) the only home is "Home" which is the default I have deleted. We added two new homes ("Test home" and "Test2") on her phone and she can see both on her watch and select them but not the one I shared. We have restarted everything and all basic steps. I am still testing different scenarios like sharing her test home to me and my watch but we can't get the shared home to work which is our only real home and the one we need.
