Some websites require certain browser characteristics for access.

Some websites such as banks and credit cards require browsers to allow third party cookies, meaning private windows are not allowed, yet third party cookies and history should be completely cleared before use. Also the browsers must be up-to-date and this requirement prohibits some browsers which makes daily updates such as Chrome while it updates. I would like to use private windows to prevent 3rd party cookies but cannot use them.
