How Set up IMAP Email when Apple Mail Defaults it to POP?
I have Spectrum email through my cable provider. I am trying to set it up on my iPhone 15 (ios 17.7). I chose "Other" since it is not listed in the common email provider list. It used to then ask me if I wanted to set up as IMAP or POP but now it automatically decides it is POP mail and there is no way to change it to IMAP. How can I change it? I want all the changes I make via my phone such as deleting mail, moving to other mail folders etc., to carry over to the server but right now as POP anything I do on my phone does not show up on the server.
