Need to mark a business location as permanently closed (Business Location was not verified)

Hi, It was brought to our notice that one of our location(Central Valley Healthcare at Shasta Lake) is still being shown as "open" on Apple Maps. This location has been permanently closed.

We had not added this business to our Apple Business Connect Profile, so I had to add it first. But now, I am unable to verify the business as we don't use that phone number anymore.

Can you please help me out in marking this location as permanently closed? Thank you!
