Audio Sync + Display Set Ups

Hi .

With three displays I have an issue sync-ing audio .

I have a 5300 radeon intel mac (1) with 1 x studio display (2).

Now I've added a samsung tv (3) . This works via airplay .

The sync isn't an issue so much because it's a display monitor mostly.

But, I would like to resolve how best to sync audio/video to the tv.

The imac will only take one device via USBC (studio display) and it wouldn't work to add the tv on a UBSC-HDMI connection? The only option is airplay? Are there any ways to improve the audio sync?
