iPhone won't play music synced using iCloud Music Library

I recently began adding some of my MP3s to iTunes, so I can sync them to my phone and listen through there, but all of the albums that I've added today won't play on the phone at all (just loading indefinitely before giving up), but they work fine through a browser on the phone and a computer, so what can I do? I've already tried a restart, and everything's on the latest version.
