iOS 18 Apple Photos Crashing when Adding New Albums

Has anyone else had Apple Photos crash when adding new albums or even just because? I do tech help videos and one of them is on Apple Photos for seniors and making albums. When I made an album and when back to it and tapped on it, it crashed the program...every...single....time. Is this a bug in the new update?
