Safar Appearance changes everytime I use it

So basically everytime I enter the safari app and look stuff up, the google search page sometimes changes. I have it set to Dark Mode but it will sometimes switch to Light Mode or LM with a different style of font and boldness to the letters. Has this happened to anyone else? Im not on private browser, and have like 20 tabs open so maybe thats the case but I don't know. I dont know if this is just something that happens or is a bug.
