ipad youtube golive video capture fails after a few minutes, audio continues to work fine

Using iPad 9th gen (IOS 18.0.1) and the YouTube app, create, live... the video and audio capture starts and works perfectly for several minutes, then the video capture freezes, but the audio capture continues to work fine. This is reproducible but not always: it fails about 9 times out of 10. I configured my Macbook with idevicesyslog, and captured the iPad syslog during the failure using the command line:

idevicesyslog | tee ipadsyslog3.txt

and I have captured syslog for two sessions that experienced failure and one session that did not experience failure. From these three data points, one difference I can see is that when the video capture freezes, the iPad syslog contains a trace of an Exception. One example looks like this:
