Apple TV app not working on firestick
Get message .. video not available .. check internet connection… that’s nonsense Netflix Hulu max YouTube all working
Please try:
- See if system software updates are available for the Fire TV device. The Apple TV app may benefit from that.
- Try restarting the Fire TV device (either through a software function, or disconnecting from power).
- Try clearing caches on the Fire TV device.
- Verify your DNS settings, in case the current settings don’t play nice with Apple’s servers.
- Check the time and date and timezone on the stick, as Apple services rely on reasonably accurate time for secure connections.
- Else try deleting and reinstalling the Apple TV app.
