Iphone not recognized by computer after reset

Hello, i have an iphone 15 pro, went to the apple store to fix my screen and they performed a deep software reset (the one which makes the phone think its new and downgrade the ios version)

when I arrived home I discovered it is not recognized by my pc computer at all.

not even showing up on the deviced list and driver list. As if my computer doesn’t recognize it has something connected at all.

when i tried another computer it caused the computer to go to boot loop !

performed all steps seen on other threads here (reset privacy, reinstall all apple software) and no luck.

my guess is that the driver on the phone is faulty. Anyone ave experience with similar problems?
