Downloaded files from a spam email

Hello! Today I received an email from someone that was claiming that it is a lawyer, using a valid lawyer company name and a valid advertisement company as a client. In this email several files were included, such as pdfs in which the case would be described and I had directions to download to learn more details.

I downloaded the pdf, not only on my MacBook, but also on my iPhone. Plus, I called the phone number that was mentioned.

When I realised it’s spam, after contacting the lawyer’s office, I deleted all the passwords from my devices, did a virus scan using malwarebytes and it seems “clean”.

What should I do to consider my devices safe again?

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 15.0
