Music library disappearing from computer
50 % of my music that I downloaded has disappeared. I do not have Apple Music and I have never signed up for it. How can I get all of my music back?

A bit more detail is needed.
Was this music purchased from the iTunes Store? If so, you can easily redownload it if you're signed in.
If the music was stored locally on your Mac, then you should search your machine and see if the files still exist on your computer somewhere. It's possible they were deleted from the library but not from disk, in which case you can just import them again. Hope this helps.
