Mystery volume appearing on desktop, Please help me find out what it is and a solution for getting rid of it forever. Enclosing screenshot. I am using Sequoia 15.0.1

This is a disk image file that is being mounted.
If you start your mac in Safe Mode, I am sure that it will NOT appear.
If you then start again normally, does it appear again?
It did not appear on the Safe Mode and did not appear on the restart.
