Silence Unknown Callers Shortcut

I use the "Silence Unknown Callers" feature on my iPhone to block dozens of spam calls daily. However, I often need to temporarily disable it when I'm expecting a call from someone not in my contacts. Before iOS 18, it was already a bit inconvenient to navigate through Settings to reach the "Phone" option, but now with iOS 18, it’s significantly worse. I have to scroll all the way to the bottom of Settings, then through a long list of apps just to find the Phone app.

Is there a quicker or easier way to toggle "Silence Unknown Callers" on and off?
