Excel Spreadsheet syncing problem

I had an Excel file on my Mac in iCloud drive. I tried to open it on my iPhone and change some data. Apparently it opened an old version from February of the file on my iPhone. But because I had already saved it, the old file is back on my Mac and on my iPhone so I lost all the data since February. I do not have a Time Machine Backup.

Does anyone know if/how I can get back the file with recent data just before I saved it this evening?
