LaunchPad shows the wrong name and icon for the app

I have an app: /Applications/ABC.app, and there is an another app named XYZ.app embedded it, locate at ABC.app/Contents/Library/XYZ.app .

  1. The name displayed under /Applications is correct as ABC.app, it's correct.
  2. But in LaunchPad, it incorrectly shows as XYZ.app.

I have tried rm ~/Library/Application\ Support/Dock/desktoppicture.db, and kill dock process, but it not work, rebooting the computer also did not help.

What could be the reason? How can I resolve this?
