I made a purchase on Amazon using the Apple Cash card, I returned the item for a refund. The refund was processed and shows on my Apple Cash transactions but the funds have not been added back to the card. It’s been 10 days now, will the refunded amount be put back on the Apple Cash card?

Refunds go directly from the merchant’s bank to the payment method used. In your case the funds will go to your Apple Cash account. Apple and Apple Pay play no role in refunds. Amazon, in my experience, take up to 15 business days to complete refunds.
