With the newest Apple Watch update (11.0.1), we are seeing a new extra folder added to the photos on my child’s Apple Watch called “recent photos”. It contains all of the photos on my phone, breaching privacy restrictions. This folder no longer exists on my photo with the redesign of the photos app. It is not checked off or even visible from the chosen list - I only see “recents” which not checked.

It was added via the process linked above, using my child’s own Apple ID. Prior to the ios18 and the watchOS 11.0.1, my personal “recent photos” were not visible on the shared watch. It’s even showing all 2000, despite the 100 photo restriction.
