I am unable to add new Click Visa Credit Card on my Apple Pay

I got a new Click Visa Credit Card from my bank and I am unable to add it in my ApplePay. I have multiple cards from same bank in ApplePay and they are working fine. Whenever I try to add, it says "Invalid Card details" even if I add by scanning nfc or by using my bank app. Card is fine because i made multiple transactions using the same details.

Called my bank but according to them there is no failed attempts and everything is working on their end.
