iPhone 14 Pro audio stops on social media apps in the evening

my IPhone 14 Pro stops audio on all my social pages like facebook, tictok etc for no reason. It usually happens in the evening and I cant get it back 

I have turned it off repeatedly and it just won’t play audio. By the morning it’s back on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
