The Microsoft 365 Family subscription I purchased from the App Store is not recognised by Microsoft. Can you help me?

I’ve already contacted Microsoft, and they informed me that they can’t assist because the purchase was made through Apple. Therefore, as mentioned in previous chats, advising me to contact Microsoft won’t resolve the issue. What other steps can I take?
