Can't turn on "Find Friends" and "Allow Finding by Apple account" options in Apple Music

Hi everyone! The problem is that when I go to my Apple Music account settings and turn on "Find Friends" and "Allow Finding by Apple account" options and click "Done" and go to the settings again, these options are no longer selected. These settings are not being saved. How can I fix this?
