Issue Changing App Store Region Due to Active Subscription

I am trying to change my App Store region from US back to my home country, the thing that now my American card is invalid, and my local bank card isn’t accepted. Although I’ve canceled my active subscriptions, it says I must wait until they expire in a year, which I can’t do.
