Iwatch series 9 update 11 took away my microphone on my text messages I cannot get it back anywhere. How do I get it back so I can talk and text and it will dictate the text

Did you make sure, that on you iPhone in the settings for Privacy&Security/Microphone/ the messaging app you are using is allowed to use the microphone?

Also check, that on your iPhone, in Settings/ General /Keyboard/ Enable Dictation is ON.
