Pop-ups every couple of minutes after upgrade to Sequoia

After updating to Sequoia 15.0.1, I receive the following pop up every couple of minutes. I have LaCie external hard drives and use Seagate/LaCie's Toolkit software installed. Until the recent MacOS update, I had no issues with the software. Now, it's become a nuisance and hindering productivity.

This is what Seagate says about it. They offer no additional information on using the Toolkit without those popups.

Are you running any VPN, Anti-Virus, or Cleaning apps?

We need to see what all is running, a report from this will not display any personal info...

Hi -

Anyone worked out a fix on this yet?

I stopped using Seagate Drive and software months ago - have tried uninstalling / fully deleting - but the prompt still comes up incessantly every time open a file. Only since Sequoia.

Have vainly hoped with 15.1 and 15.1.1 OS updates it would be fixed - but no.
