Tenorshare Reiboot Review

I faced an issue with a looping Apple logo on my device which Tenorshare Reiboot claimed their program could fix and had to pay upfront to use the software but turned out the software didn’t work.

After multiple exchanges with tech support, they suggested a hardware issue and insisted I get a report from an Apple Store to qualify for a refund, which would cost me more and time consuming.

Reiboot should offer a trial option to determine if a fix is possible before demanding payment. I feel deceived and disappointed by their approach. Note: I contacted tech support the day after my purchase, and up until this review, everything has been within their "30-Day Money-Back Guarantee."

An Apple Store will not charge you for a diagnosis of your problem. It will of course be time-consuming, and whether they can give you a written report or anything that would get you a refund from Tenorshare - doubtful since many users in a similar position have decided that the company is a scam (five-star reviews I can find for them all look fake to me) - I don't know. Most likely you'll just to chalk this up as a learning experience and move on.

Regards.

Thank you all for the valuable insights. I want to add that the main reason why I (and probably also most people) would like to try fixing their device is for convenience and hoping that it won't have to be brought to the store.

However, whatever the reason might be, if a company is asking customers to pay upfront to try their products but the product fails to solve the problem and it's within the company's money-back guarantee period, then a refund should be given in full without further questions. If they need the customer to provide whatever report, this should have been asked before the purchase and certainly not after.

If only I knew I had to go to the Apple Store anyway, I would have just gone in the beginning and had my device fixed there.
