D’accord, AZherps…
no, you were correct on both… a USB-C Mini DisplayPort adapter exists , as does an HDMI to DisplayPort adapter..,, BUT… monitors these days have DisplayPort/Mini DisplayPort /hdmi and USB-C thunderbolt 3 sockets/ports.. your monitor has a MiniDisplayPort Plug on it ( male) so you need a whatever to miniDisplayPort female ( socket) which are much harder to find… anyways, CalDigit .. Thunderbolt 4 hub, they make one..QGeem makes a Mini DisplayPort femslrbto hdmi adapter ( you better hope it’s bi-directional ) … what you are looking for is /wanting to do is Not Easy.. I’m sure you could get a 27” 4K tv set , connect that via hdmi and use that as a monitor, sure it wouldn’t be as pretty as an Apple Cinema Display , and it wouldn’t be Apple, but it’d be do-able.. anyways, I’m just a Mac user here same as you. AZherps, so unless you’re already/willing to be— paying me/hiring me to answer this question for you, we are Done here…
