I accidentally deleted all my pictures from iCloud using the Photos app and tried to restore them within the 30 days available but failed and now they are gone for good. These pictures are very important to me. Is there any way I can get them back? I have a 2TB iCloud subscription. Thank you for your help!

did you transfer the photos from Mac to iCloud? if yes, did you have a Time Machine backup?
the last solution is to use a 3rd party data recovery app and scan the drive where you once saved the photos, but it won't recover all the files, some photos may be have overwritten and cannot be recovered anymore. Anyway, it is worth a try, there are open source applications, such as PhotoRec.
Anything recoverable is in the Recently Deleted album within photos. If there is nothing there, there is nothing to be recovered.
