Hello, I just wrongly upgraded the icloud from free (5GB) to 50GB. After I downgraded it, it was mentioned that I still needed to wait until next month. Is there any way to avoid the payment, please?

You already paid for a month and it will take you to your anniversary date. You will start getting emails from Apple eventually asking you reconsider. You will loose Private Relay once the changes next month.
