Initially the Apple Intelligence upgrade download was stuck on preparing for 10+ hours. I fixed the issue by resetting all of my settings using the reset function and was able to toggle Apple Intelligence on. However now it has been stuck downloading for the entire day so far with no features working on my phone as of yet. Hoping for a fix that will allow the features to begin to function soon.

I was stuck on the downloading screen for days, and nothing seemed to work. I ended up changing the region and doing a settings reset, and that finally got the download to complete. The same here I’ve been with technical support and they did a walk-through where they had to go on my screen and figure out the problem, but unfortunately the Apple Intelligence is still on download if anybody else is having this problem please just need some help to resolve the problem
I got mine to work by changing region to UK and language to UK... the only way it works. When i switch back to US region and language US.. endless loop of downloading happens again. I left it in UK region for now until apple sends a fix update. They are aware but no resolution as of now.

The download process was initiated promptly and completed within approximately five minutes. However, it is worth noting that a minor technical glitch occurred in the settings section, specifically between the location, language, and Apple Intelligence options. O_o
Hi guys, I had the same issue.
When they say connect to Wireless, make sure there is no wired connection.
My issue was resolved as soon as I unplugged the dock I have with wired network and just left my MacBook on Wi-Fi.

How do you even turn off Apple Intelligence? I don't have the button to switch it off.
Besides that, I have tried every single thing described in this thread and none of them worked.

I tried that switch to UK but it didn't work for me at all.
had same issue, that randomly fixed when i went to settings, apple intelligence&siri, siri & dictation history and deleted it.

Woke up this morning and it’s all downloaded. I’m guessing Apple has addressed the problem without the need for an update
I was a b upgrade for b to public release. This solved overnight for me. Apple must have pushed something that didn’t require an update.
I fixed mine by just changing the región to Japan, language: US English and for Siri US English aswell (I don't know if this helps but I picked voice 4)
