Unable to download apps on my iPad Air

I purchased a new Apple Ipad Air 11 M2 and when I down load the app Facebook i set up the passkey extra. When i go to messenger I have no camera or microphone. When i go back to face book the next day it tells me i have put in the wrong password that i created the day before and so i create a new one and again the same thing happens. How can i fix this? as this has been happening all week.
