Settings in Apple Mail app

It used to be that you could go to your various accounts the Apple mail app and see all the server settings for ingoing and outgoing mail plus password fields for both Apple mail addresses and addresses created as Other.

I'm running macOS Sequoia 15.1 and can't find where these settings are. I need to change some passwords for accounts created as Other. In addition, I need to add some new mail accounts in my Apple mail app for some new websites. But most important right now is changing the passwords for two Other type accounts that I am receiving mail from in my Apple mail app.

I just need to know how to get there. TIA
