Can I and how?...I want same Password on 2 devices without having to put my passwords in iCloud

I have created my password in the password app on my mac. All good there.

I want this same password on my iPhone 15 pro, in the iphone password app.

Can I do this by airdropping it to myself? mac to iPhone.

I DO NOT want my passwords in iCloud or any cloud.

Can I do this and what is the best way?

Given your level of (mistrust? distrust? avoidance?), best manually transcribe the password to the other devices, or transfer using a file on local external storage.

Passwords and suchlike can be transferred using Universal Clipboard and related Continuity Handoff features, or using iCloud Keychain, and manually.

AirDrop can be used to transfer passwords among different Apple Accounts, but not AFAIK among a user's own devices.
